We currently have three options for signings of seller documents, please let me know which option would work best for you as the sellers:
In office signing or signing with the seller’s licened attorney, in their attorney’s office. There is no additional cost for this option.
Remote Online Notarization – This is digital notarization done with our Remote online notary, through a computer video conference. The sellers will need to verify that their computer and connection can pass all specifications in order to use this option. A link to test the services can be accessed here (https://networktest.twilio.com/) and should be tested on the computer and the location that the sellers will sign. If the modules all state pass when the test is completed, then the sellers can use this option. There is a fee of up to $175.00 per session the session can include all of the sellers at one time if they are together or they can do separate sessions, but each session will have up to a $175.00 charge. Please note that there is a max of 2 signors per session.
Mobile Notary – This option, we will hire a notary to meet the sellers in any location they wish to sign the documents, which the notary will print and have with them when they arrive. The sellers will need to provide a second witness to be present for the signing. There is a $175.00 charge for this as well. There is no maximum amount of seller per signing for this option.
